Awesome Ordering Change
December 1st, 2009When we launched CloudContacts a year ago, there were two options for ordering. You could select a one-time mail-in plan or select a monthly email upload option. Today I’d like to share a change we’ve made that will make ordering even easier and is really awesome overall.
Beginning today, we’ve moved to a “credits” model. No longer do you need to decide how you will submit your cards when placing your business card scanning and transcription order. Once you select the number of credits you would like to purchase, you can submit your cards via mail, email or mobile at any time. Credits won’t expire and you will always be able to tell how many credits you have on your contacts page.
For example, if you purchase 500 credits, you could send 400 today by mail and then 20 from a conference this month and 80 from a conference next month. And should you need additional credits, you can top-up anytime.
The actual prices haven’t changed — you can order packs of credits in the amount of 100, 300, 500 or 1,000. If you would like to order more than 1,000 or would prefer a corporate plan, contact us for details.
