Some Pepper With Your Business Cards?
May 3rd, 2012Around the CloudContacts offices, we’ve seen it all. Packages come in with lots of items besides business cards. The most popular non-business card items we see from customers are Starbucks gift cards and hotel room card keys. Other items we’ve seen include driver’s licenses, birth certificates, passports, marriage certificates, blank checks and frequent shopper cards (the most popular is from Subway). All of the items we find are always returned to the customer even if they decide to have us recycle their business cards.
Yesterday was a first for us! We received two packets of pepper inside a customer’s package of cards. Yes, pepper packets like you get from a fast food restaurant (see image below). Both were unopened and the good news is that both contain “dustless” black pepper. I never knew that pepper came in both dust and dustless varieties!
Anyway, keep those interesting items coming, it keeps the CloudContacts team guessing how things like packets of pepper make it into a box of business cards.
